Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.

Because many Karmora products are made-to-order, processing begins quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once production or shipping has started, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized items cannot usually be cancelled once production begins.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect size sent by mistake from our side
  • Manufacturing defect or printing issue

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

We may request clear photos of the item and packaging for verification purposes.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Worn or used products
  • Washed garments
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Size issues caused by incorrect customer selection
  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations
  • Discounted or sale items (if applicable)

We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.


Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take approximately 5–7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account

If your refund request does not meet the eligibility conditions, we may respectfully decline the request.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

Karmora covers return or replacement shipping costs only in cases where:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • An incorrect item was sent

For all other situations, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
